Rain Derby

We are in the last 17 days of sales.  All with tickets are encouraged to sell them all and anyone needing more, they are available from Lion Roger.  We need volunteers to contact several of the advertisers in the Drizzle to renew their notices.

Program

We were visited by representatives from the Karr House; Angie Silvan, Community Awareness and Marketing Manager, Gayle Harriman, Executive Director and Kim Harness, RN.  The facility has been purchased by Enlivant and will be under going a name change to Riverside Place.  With the change will come a more committed approach to care and quality of life programs for the residents.  A holistic approach to senior living designed to help residents thrive in mind, body, and spirit.  In addition, they are working to be able to provide a number of rooms for residents that have exhausted their private funding and have to rely on DSHS for funding of their stay.
