King Lion Mel called the meeting to order in his usual efficient and proper manner. This was followed by better than average harmonizing.
Guest of the club was Tom from the Hoquiam City Parks Department. Many kudos to Tom for his time spent in helping the club on various projects.
As the meeting progressed, Lion Roger passed the Rain Derby tickets out to members present.
There is no report ready according to Lion Jack, patiently awaiting review by Lion Larry.
The program for today was a team from Windermere Real Estate, Pat Olleachea and Travis Jelovich. A most interesting program covering the Real Estate market in Grays Harbor area. The trend is up from 2010 and 2013 lows. The “For Sale Inventory” is down pushing toward a healthy average of 4 months worth of sales inventory. Commercial sales are steady, about the same in the last 3 years. Very positive outlook.
Gordon Lanning, a man of untold wealth, won the pot.
