Directors meeting at Jewrry S. house
Discussion of the following:
Budget
Lunch – keep it the same for now.
Rain Derby – tickets not printed yet – need to sell more.
BBQ – up in the air for now. Possible not do. depends on logger play day.
Consessions – [pssible just pre-package goodies, no hot dogd, depends on loggers play day.
Do not know when we will get into the Elks Club building. No idea if there will be lunch or not.
